Cancellation Policy
•No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service, billed to the card on file.
•New clients are required to pay a deposit for their first appointment, which will be applied towards the total cost. In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation (<24 hours), the deposit will be forfeited.
•We recognize that unexpected circumstances arise; our aim is to ensure mutual respect for each other's time. We value and appreciate your understanding.
